2024 1st Quarter Property Owners Meeting
February 22, 2024, at Green Valley Country Club
6:00 - 7:00 pm

Good day to all.

We encourage everyone to attend the Property Owners Meeting this week as we have information that we need to share regarding the upcoming development located at our front entrance on Highway 50. We are looking for input on the following issues:

1. Increased Traffic on Green Valley Blvd.
2. Speed tables or speed bumps.
3. Speed control streetlights.
4. Gated community?

We hope to get your feedback and ideas on what will be best for our community as change is coming our way. Invite your neighbors and let's try to get some good ideas that will help make our neighborhood safe and secure.

HAPPY FOURTH QUARTER FROM 2022 VGPOA OFFICERS

Homeowners Update Letter
October 10, 2022

Dear Neighbors,

Join us in welcoming our new Board Members – Lona Hedrick Board Secretary and Rick Weber Board Member. Both joined during the 3rd Quarter 2022.

We have recently experienced hurricane Ian and for that reason we did not send out Compliance letters for CCR violations. We hope to give you plenty of time to clean up after Ian and to spruce up your properties so that violations will not be found.

Reminder we are still awarding Yard of the Month recognition and rewards.

We have presented the new candidates for the November Election and mailed out the Example voting Ballots for the event. Voting is done on site by the homeowner of record in Lake County property records, or on site by your designated Proxy - if you are not available to be on site. If you do not have a Proxy and will not be in town, you may vote by Absentee Ballot. All this information was mailed to our property owners.

Sincerely, The Board

As a result of Our Homeowners meeting April 22, 2022, We are happy to announce the following people volunteered to help with Committees.

Amie Ostmann, Holly Williams, Gigi Felici, and Lisa Penniston.

Thank You all for stepping up.

Amie Ostmann and Dr. Penniston suggested strongly that we work together as a Community instead of being divided and pushing Petitions.

We are reaching out as the first step in Community Unity to the following people who are shown as wanting to serve on Committees: Kevin Edgley, Karen Sperle, Lona Headrick, Ken Daren, Shannon Thomas, Rick Weber, Ronald Boehm, Carmen Compston, Yolanda Brady, and Randy Williams.

We welcome all of you and are willing to meet with you to discuss your preferences.

Sincerely - William Wegner - VGPOA President

Homeowners Update Letter
March 29, 2022

Spring Cleanup is Upon us.  In the next few weeks the Community will conduct the semi annual compliance walk thru.

Please take this time to perform our homeowner annual maintenance tasks: clean sidewalks and driveways, remove mold and mildew from roofs, soffits and facias, plant and screen exterior utilities and HVAC units.  Spruce up landscaping by trimming hedges, weeding, and providing screening for garbage cans for those who store them outside.

I hope we have no one on the list this Spring as it is all completed before the walk thru begins.  Lets make the next 4 weeks productive.

Sincerely - William Wegner - VGPOA President

Homeowners Update Letter
March 25, 2022

Join us in welcoming our new ACC Chair - Mike O'Bryan.  Mike has also stepped up to help OUR Community.  He has extensive experience serving our Community and is willing to help again.  We appreciate his initiative and his Love for the VGPOA Community.

Thank You to both Rosalyn and Mike.  Volunteers are Wonderful People.

Speaking of Volunteers - Volunteers are still needed for other services and Committees.  Please step up Neighbors - it is a Positive contribution and will help make Our Community Successful.
